Mix two teaspoons of Mother Shucker's sauce in the meat mix when you are combining meatloaf ingredients. Pour the sauce on the meatloaf and cook in the oven at 350 degrees. The sauce will create a nice crusty topping.
Mix a variety of green, red, and yellow peppers, onions, canned or fresh cooked corn, black beans, garbanzos, and drizzle a little sauce in the mix of veggies. Serve cold with chips or crackers.
Cream Cheese Spread
Layer cream cheese with the salsa, thinly. Then top with fresh crabmeat, or shrimp, and serve as a spread with crackers. If you do not have the seafood, try it plain. Yum!
